Yeah the kidnapping was a long shot... I was thinking either that, or he kills it, or he just looks at it, feels like even killing her doesn't make the hate in his heart go away, and leaves the baby there crying while he and Jennifer make their escape.

Such a good plot though... That's why we're all terrible people, we torture our characters for good plots. XD

So in this one Mari is a little older but it's still under a rebel attack. So anyways she has a secret relationship with one of the palace footman he doesn't know how to fight (anyone see where I am going with this) One of the rebels attacks him and knocks him unconscious the rebel is about to deliver the death blow when Mari steps in and stops him the other guy is a pretty good sword fighter but Mari is better of course until another rebel helps the first one and they disarm her instead of killing her they kidnap her instead they take her back to the base and tie her up to hold her for ransom except Mari makes them really mad and they decide to kill her so they put it on tv and the leader asks if she has any last words for her family she says no but just before they kill her she mouths the words "I love you" and then he slits her throat (hide spoiler)]
