Same, I leave history and personality to last. I usually start with pictures, add in everything else, end with history.

I have this sort of process where I get the picture, decide on the age from the picture, fill in the name, age, etc, then the physical description. Then I do fighting skills, relations, all the other stuff before doing history then personality. :) By following that process I managed to get all my charries in the Foreign Countries group done in a day

sav; the template I use is pretty simple compared to what I usually use, so I get them done faster. It's just deciding how to put the words together that gets me. >.<

I decide on the age by the age of the FC. As well as height and stuff like that.

Though as for history, I usually procrastinate on it because I'm lazy and like to write long histories so I can't be bothered, lol. Like right now, Astrid and Ryan are completely or almost finished except for their histories.
