She is going to argue with Oliver about how slutty he is being by kissing all these girls, and to prove her point, she goes up to a guard and kisses him and then says, "See, how does that feel to you?!" before walking away again. Then Kiks made the guard an actual character, so she has more than one hotty after her now.
