Yay! I'm in the process of making it and was in need of reassurance it wouldn't be a waste of time. :P So far not yet. I was thinking that there would be time for people to RP before the reapings and such. You guys have any thoughts about it? :)
There will be more people from each district than just the tributes. There will be family, friends, etc. I haven't decided if the mods will actually randomly select the characters made or if the tributes will be claimed. It would be interesting the first way but I don't know if it would work. There will be a chance for those family and friends to get recruited into being a rebel, there will be some people getting forced into becoming peacekeepers for crimes committed. Of course the majority of roleplaying would be done in the capitol threads with their citizens and the tributes, but that in no way excludes the districts. An example would be district thirteen planning the war and takeover.
