I never said they couldn't have forbidden romances. But don't arrange them together. See, royal families, their crowned heir has to stay behind to rule after they die. So if two heirs get together, then one will have to leave their country, pushing the crown on one of their younger siblings. The royals will try to avoid that by not arranging crowned heirs with other crowned heirs.

Eh that's true, servants don't have to be claimed, I usually get it on the claims list anyway from going through the approved character threads.
