XD I actually found a delicious way to unstress. I write a huge long letter on whatever is stressing me and why, same can be done for being angry or so on, then I make a fire, burn it and roast and eat marshmellows using the fire XD It helps replace the negative with something positive.

I've actually baked a potato using an angry rant letter before it was freaking delicious O-O now I want one haha
