And I personally think making fairy types was a huge mistake. Not to mention now they are more op than the dragon types since their only weakness are poison and steel, the only two pokemon types that don't have hardly any usable or worthwhile type attacks

Ah sure but have your rebel in the Northern or Southern camp first, because the Northerners are planning their infiltrations and anyone who will be infiltrating the palace will do so during the rebel battle. As for Southerners, maybe someone can find out about the Northerners infiltration plans and plot to send your 'nurse' in as well, depending on what type of rebel she/he is?
