lil' Lily [ filled with DETERMINATION ] (runelily) Summer wrote: "Only if she has a reason to visit."

Woops, totally missed this XD Does checking out the palace and learning Illean culture and weaknesses count?

message 7256: by ᵉˡˡᵃ (new)

ᵉˡˡᵃ | 2375 comments Oohhh Ro I think learning weaknesses would be a definite reason >.> like some sort of mission-y thing??

message 7257: by Lord (new)

Lord Warlock (lordwarlock) Like when Oberyn Martell came to King's Landing.

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) Yeah, that'd work but she'd need to make up some reason to tell the royals of her visit. Maybe she's close friends with Oliver and came to check out the Selection. XD She'll stride in looking all beautiful and hug him and kiss his cheek and he'll be all happy to see her and all the girls will be jealous, not knowing who she is until he introduces her.

So just got off the phone with my mom. She's getting a dog and wants me to research dog breeds. Nothing too big or small, nothing too yappy or active. I'm thinking beagle or terrier of some kind but idk.

lil' Lily [ filled with DETERMINATION ] (runelily) Summer wrote: "Yeah, that'd work but she'd need to make up some reason to tell the royals of her visit. Maybe she's close friends with Oliver and came to check out the Selection. XD She'll stride in looking all b..."

Well, she's 13, so maybe she's like, Mari or Fern's friend? Or maybe even Zane? Or maybe she's coming so that she can be educated in the cultures of other countries, to help her become a better leader? Or at least that would be her cover up XD

message 7260: by Lord (new)

Lord Warlock (lordwarlock) No. I have a beagle.

Yappy and active were terms derived from the Beagle itself.

message 7261: by ᵉˡˡᵃ (new)

ᵉˡˡᵃ | 2375 comments Omg NOT A BEAGLE they're so annoying like I love them but they're like little greased pigs with big mouths 0.0

message 7262: by Lord (new)

Lord Warlock (lordwarlock) Beagles are like, the best dog to have, no lie, but they howl a lot, and they have endless energy. They're one of the most difficult dogs to have.

Mine is my baby though, her name is Bonnie.

lil' Lily [ filled with DETERMINATION ] (runelily) Hey Jac! Did you have fun?

message 7264: by Lord (new)

Lord Warlock (lordwarlock) Yo~

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) Okay so no beagle. How about American Cocker Spaniels?

message 7266: by [deleted user] (new)

Summer, could you check the Foreign Countries RP and give me feedback on my WIP charries?

message 7267: by ᵉˡˡᵃ (new)

ᵉˡˡᵃ | 2375 comments I have a Great Dane summer and they're huge but mines named Moose and she's the biggest baby ever, she just wants to lay her head on your lap and snuggle. She just requires one walk a day and lots of those cookies shaped like waffles >.>

But my neighbor for like 17 years has a beagle named Queenie and leeme tell you she's the cutest dog ever and is so lovable??? Great with Moose too, But she howls all the time and she needs a lottttt of playtime and walks and stuff, like she needs something to do all the time >.> im getting one at the end of this month I CANNOT WAIT, her names Cassie Jo and she's coming from the south to my house in May :33333

My aunt has a westie that's really calm and sweet? Her names Lacey and she just wants cuddles and to be brushed a lot. She's a hunter though and sometimes comes inside with bloody squirrels??? She's so cute though I swear she's never hurt anything (besides the squirrels) she also eats spiders. But she's a great dog, barely ever barks and just likes to play every once in a while, not a lot of work???

message 7268: by Lord (new)

Lord Warlock (lordwarlock) Cocker Spaniels aren't too bad, I'd say yes to that. NO Springer Spaniels, they're only one step down from the Beagles.

They have soft fur too.

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) Not at the moment but if you give me some time I will. Any character in particular?

message 7270: by Lord (new)

Lord Warlock (lordwarlock) Like, I love my Bonnie now but when she was a puppy she was so much of a nightmare we had to hire a puppy trainer to come round twice a week for her. They're just naughty and they don't listen, and the thing is, Beagles are so cute you are literally incapable of shouting at them. And they know that.

They are easily the most loyal, forgiving and loving breed I know though. That's why they use them for animal testing - they're so placid.

If you're a dog person, they're great, if not, start with something a little more calm and easy.

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) Well my mom lives in a trailer, she can't have a big dog or a loud dog, it's out of the question. I'm looking for a lazy, medium size, quiet dog. Basically a cat who is a dog.

So Cocker Spaniels are good. How about bull dogs?

lil' Lily [ filled with DETERMINATION ] (runelily) Japanese Chin! For a dog, I mean

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) Ooh, or German Pinschers. I always wanted a German Pinscher.

Too small.

DOGS ARE SO GREAT but I can't get one :/

message 7276: by Lord (new)

Lord Warlock (lordwarlock) Bulldogs are literally couch potatoes. For a trailer I'd suggest a lapdog like that of some sort. Terriers yap, get something that has no hunting instinct. Cocker spaniels are cute, my friend used to have one called Betty and she was an angel.

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) XD A couch potato is what I'm looking for, basically. I mean, that works. I'll consider it.

So, Cocker Spaniels, Bulldogs, and possibly German Pinschers. Hmm.

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) I also need to figure out what dog food brand is best, something in the $10 to $20 dollar a bag range. My gran gets Iams for our cats but idk if that's best for dogs... hmm.

message 7279: by Lord (new)

Lord Warlock (lordwarlock) I'd say get a lurcher because you don't get more couch potato than that. In England we call them 100mph couch potatoes

message 7280: by Lord (new)

Lord Warlock (lordwarlock) Just get any dry kibble, avoid wet food at all costs

message 7281: by Grace (new)

Grace Gill Hey guys! So I was just going to tell you that I won't be on at all this weekend because I am going camping. So I wasn't murdered, i'm just hiding from civilization. Kay thanks.

message 7282: by [deleted user] (new)

I give my dogs Purina. It's a bit rich though.

message 7283: by [deleted user] (new)

Get a Pomeranian! I love my Pom!

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) Again, can't have a small dog. She lives in Arizona, coyotes will eat the poor thing.

message 7285: by [deleted user] (new)

Poms are very energetic though. :/
Maybe a lap dog?

message 7286: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh, NVM.

message 7287: by [deleted user] (new)

Australian Cattle Dog
Australian Kelpie
Icelandic Sheepdog
American Water Spaniel

Or mutts! Go to the pound! Mutts are the best! I've had mutts and lots of purebreds!

message 7288: by [deleted user] (new)

Definitely spaniels of any sort!

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) Aren't spaniels a bit active? See, I'm looking for a specific dog. No hounds or hunting dogs or sheepdogs or cattle dogs, they're too active. I need a medium sized dog that isn't super active and doesn't require too much care. Basically a cat that is a dog. *sigh* My mom is difficult.

message 7290: by Lord (new)

Lord Warlock (lordwarlock) My beagle Bonnie is a pedigree, my lurcher Kinner is a mutt. He's easier to handle, she cost a fortune. She's MY dog though.
and yeah any spaniel. Except a Springer.

message 7291: by [deleted user] (new)

I was actually going to recommend a Great Purinese! XD

Until I remembered that mine is an anomaly- being lazy and weighing around my weight. (110, huge for a dog!)

message 7292: by ᵉˡˡᵃ (new)

ᵉˡˡᵃ | 2375 comments Wellness works for us, but I'm sure there are better brands than what we get >.>

West highland terriers are super well mannered!! My aunts got one, she just likes to play every now and then and barely ever barks~ she's so cute too :33

I just put dinner in the oven like twenty minutes ago?? But I forgot to turn on the oven >.<

message 7293: by [deleted user] (new)

I've found the one!

Just get a mutt, yeesh! XD

No, a Luzerner Laufhund!

message 7294: by [deleted user] (new)

Relatively small (medium), can deal with heat, easy treining and grooming, etc.

message 7295: by [deleted user] (new)

@Ella: I do that all the time, LOL

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) XD I'll consider it. So many different breeds. It'll probably take me forever to find ones I like but oh well.

message 7297: by ᵉˡˡᵃ (new)

ᵉˡˡᵃ | 2375 comments Moose is 120 pounds and she's like the biggest baby ever....like if you have the space to get a big dog...please get a Great Dane, they're just big lovers <3

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) XD I would but it's not me getting the dog, it's my mom, and she can't have a big dog. If I could have a dog, I would, but Gran is a cat person.

Sυммer Rαιɴ || Wrιтιɴɢ ιѕ α cαllιɴɢ, ɴoт α cнoιce. (summerrain15) Hey has Leena been on while I was talking to my mom?

message 7300: by ᵉˡˡᵃ (new)

ᵉˡˡᵃ | 2375 comments Ugh I wish you could summer, like you might get dragged down a sidewalk or two (they're SO strong), but it's so worth it when they hop up and kiss your face when you get home <3333

Nope not really, she's having a super non-writing day, just really uninspired >.< she's messaging though if you need her??
