Piper could always be the one to die in the fire during the Northern attack.

Yes, I was actually thinking of making Cyrus a free agent instead of a Northern rebel, because he's just that type of guy. But if we had that, we'd have to limit how many free agents there are because then people would want more free agents and less rebels. So maybe a limit of four?

She could always die with one of the selected in the initial southern rebel attack? As like a warning kill for the royals to get their buts in gear and think about disbanding the family and the caste system. Because if a selected dies then whoever else dies, their death with likely be very overshadowed so you can create a different story arc for someone who's struggling to come to terms with her death and may end up in a downward spiral because they feel she didn't get the goodbye she deserved.

Anyways, that's my two cents and I'm gonna go and do some replies :)

Okay so I updated the Elimination list, got a fantastic idea for an English guard in the foreign group, replied to Jennifer, working on a reply in the drawing room, and working on characters such as my baby, Devon.

Also playing Minecraft and listening to music. Queen of Multitasking, I am.

They will!!! We're almost through the first meetings, and then Oliver will start going on dates. I was wondering if, to speed things up, maybe we'll have the Northern attack during the day while Oliver and Adeline are away on the first date. That way when he returns, he sees the palace messed up, one room nearly burnt down, everyone scared and frantic and just getting out of the safe rooms. Or maybe he'll come back in the middle of the attack and Adeline and him will have to fight their way into the palace. XDXDXD Idk, toying with the idea. But I kind of like the idea of him being there and the attack being at night, the girls waking up to the attack... I just feel like I'm making everyone wait on Oliver while he's on dates with other girls.

summer; I think everyone waking up to attacks would be better. They're a) being shocked out of their sleep and b) waking up after thinking "oh, tomorrow will be a great day" or "I'll just try a little harder tomorrow" or something innocent like that only for the idea of a perfect to be ripped from them. Near death situations, or assumed ones, could cause some really good character development--especially when it's more shocking.
