I think it’s a series main characters a boy and a girl. Have some mystery or problem they must solve having to do with a physical heart? Maybe the boys sibling is involved.

They meet often in a cave of some sort and their leader or mentor is a middle age guy with king blue hair. Boy and girl fall in love.

I seem to remember the girl not really understanding how to use her powers yet?
