My author application was not successful

I've tried twice to claim my author page, but both times I've received emails saying that my application was unsuccessful.

I self-published this book and never really intended for it to end up on GoodReads, but since someone else added it, I would like to claim it. But GR keeps rejecting my author application.

What is the best way for me to prove that I am in fact J. Augustus "Mac" MacDaniel, author of "In Exile: Stories of Oregon Hill?"

In case it's relevant, I published the book through Lulu and it does not have an ISBN.
