Incorrect page count (but consistent with publisher)

Goodreads, the official publisher, as well as the amazon page, all list the page count as 572 pages.

HOWEVER, the book in my hand (ISBN 9788817005531), actually has 812 (807 is the last written page number, then there are 5 more pages).

How should I manage this situation? Should I add a new edition of the book to GoodReads? Should I just fix the page count?

The two ISBNs are for the same book (ISBN10 and ISBN13).
Is your edition from 2005? With the same cover?

Ohhh, that's it. Same exact cover, same ISBN, but it's a different year (2021).
I'll add a new edition then.

If the cover and ISBN are the same, then unless the content differs in some way, we would not create a new edition for a new printing.

worldcat also says it's 570/572 pages.
So either all of the sources are mistaken, or it is a really new edition, with extra 230 pages.
Is there anything special at page 572?

Nothing special. A very normal page, in the middle of chapter 80 (of 99 chapters).

I guess it's really a new edition: it has PRECISELY the same cover as the 2005 edition (yeah, even the watermark in the left corner), but the frontmatter clearly mention: "Sixteenth edition BUR Contemporanea: June 2021" (my translation from Italian).
