Tonight's result:
Melbourne Demons (TheFoe) v Brisbane Lions (David)
2.4.16 (Q1) 3.4.22
8.10.58 (Q2) 4.4.28
11.17.83 (Q3) 6.7.43
16.21.117 (Q4) 7.11.53
Foe wins $7.00 for Launch Housing for being our bravest tipster.

Western Bulldogs (Blastro) v Hawthorn Hawks (available)
1.2.8 (Q1) 4.3.27
6.6.42 (Q2) 5.7.37
12.10.82 (Q3) 5.11.41
19.11.125 (Q4) 12.11.83
A dominating win by the Dogs but gee, Hawthorn play an exciting style of football. Look for them in the next year or two.
West Coast Eagles (Sussex) v Essendon Bombers (Val)
3.3.21 (Q1) 5.5.35
9.3.57 (Q2) 7.10.52
13.6.84 (Q3) 10.13.73
16.11.107 (Q4) 14.13.97
It's always hard to win over in the west but I still felt this score flattered Essendon. They're just not consistent enough.
Today's/Tonight's results:
Carlton Blues (Tim) v Fremantle Dockers (available)
1.3.9 (Q1) 3.0.18
6.5.41 (Q2) 4.2.26
9.7.61 (Q3) 6.5.41
12.9.81 (Q4) 7.8.50
Didn't see anything of this game but good on the young Blues for taking on the strong Freo side.
Geelong Cats (available) v Richmond Tigers (Philip)
5.2.32 (Q1) 2.0.12
8.5.53 (Q2) 5.3.33
9.8.62 (Q3) 10.7.67
13.11.89 (Q4) 13.8.86
This would have been a worthy Grand Final. After leading by 35 points in the 2nd quarter, the Cats then trailed by 17 points in the 3rd quarter. The last five minutes were real nail-biting time. But the Cats are likely to lose gun defender Tom Stewart for a lengthy spell after a horrible hit on Richmond's Dion Prestia..
Sydney Swans (Anita) v St Kilda Saints (Lez)
3.1.19 (Q1) 1.2.8
4.6.30 (Q2) 2.2.14
9.10.64 (Q3) 2.6.18
12.11.83 (Q4) 4.8.32
Again, I didn't see anything of this game but it looks like a horrible night out for the Saints.

North Melbourne Kangaroos (Steve) v Adelaide Crows (Dean)
4.0.24 (Q1) 5.3.33
4.4.28 (Q2) 7.6.48
6.8.44 (Q3) 11.9.75
8.10.58 (Q4) 17.13.115
Collingwood Magpies (Tech) v Greater Western Sydney Giants (Duke)
3.4.22 (Q1) 2.4.16
5.9.39 (Q2) 2.4.16
9.17.71 (Q3) 5.4.34
11.22.88 (Q4) 12.5.77
Port Adelaide Power (available) v Gold Coast Suns (Suzy)
5.4.34 (Q1) 2.4.16
6.8.44 (Q2) 5.9.39
12.11.83 (Q3) 10.10.70

I have made some adjustments over the last few weeks to give Philip an average score and anyone who missed the margin on the first game is now given a score equal to that of the worst tipster. Hope that makes sense. And I hope I haven't made too many errors. Well done to all those winning (i.e. not me!)

12.11.83 (Q3) 7.9.51
16.12.108 (Q4) 9.13.67
Lez's regular margin of 43 pays dividends this week and earns her $7.00 for Dementia Australia. The rest of us were much more conservative.

2.4.16 (Q1) 3.6.24
6.7.43 (Q2) 7.6.48

15.5.95 (Q4) 12.14.86
I wonder if Tim was there? I wasn't (stinking head cold). I'm happy with the result even though I didn't tip them. Once again, Suzy was our only correct tipster on this one.

Steve is our weekly winner again! Well done! Do check your scores please (David & Philip have been given averages). It's still tight at the top so everything to play for!
St Kilda Saints (Lez) v Essendon Bombers (Val)
2.1.13 (Q1) 4.5.29
3.3.21 (Q2) 7.7.49
8.4.52 (Q3) 13.11.89
11.6.72 (Q4) 15.17.107
I was out earlier in the evening but heartened to see Essendon had a 28 point lead at half time. By the time I got home, St Kilda had piled on 5 goals and I was thinking "50 ways to lose a lead". But I was wrong, the Bombers found reserves that have been missing all season and continued to surge ahead. If only they had played like this in the first 13 rounds!
