A weird game. Port have historically been strong on their home crowd with their rabid supporters in full voice but they couldn't seem to get anything going tonight. Credit does go to Melbourne's strong defence, but Port kept them quiet on the scoreboard for the first quarter. After that, Melbourne was able to open up the game and show their skills. Port showed a bit more cohesion in the final quarter, but it was too late. They travel to Melbourne next week to meet Carlton. Is it possible they could start the season 0-5???

TheFoe and Philip share the spoils for the closest margin. TheFoe tipped the Dees by 34 and Philip by 30, so $7.00 is set aside for both Launch Housing and Canteen. Good work!
