The Wizard of the Emerald City
During my childhood my sister and I read the German version or my parents read it to me (and my sister).
That was in the 70ies, Germany was divided in West- and East-Germany (BRD and DDR). This was in German, the East-German-version, translated from Russian, I guess.

Also, each of the individual stories with it can be had separately.
