~Requirements~-Proper grammar and spelling
-At least a paragraph per post ((if the story is slowing down and it's hard to do that, I understand))
-Follow the storyline we come up with
-Be willing to help come up with more of the plot
-I would like to be a girl, and would prefer romance, but that's only a preference and not a requirement. I am also willing to do doubles.
Idea One: A young girl's parents have recently passed away. She wants to go live with her grandmother, but the grandmother lives on the other side of the forest. The girl is sent to live with her uncle, who is constantly drunk. The girl endures two months of abuse from him before running away into the forest, hoping to find her grandmother. As night falls, she finds herself completely lost, and hunted by wolves. The guardian of the forest, a boy about her age, finds the girl running from the wolves, and saves her from them. He takes her to his home to care for her, and they slowly fall in love.
Idea Two: The genders in this one can be switched A great war between two kingdoms has just ended. To end the war, the kingdom Lorinea gave the Aurorian kingdom a group of their maids and servants to work in their palace. One of those gifts is a young and timid girl who has been taught her whole life to obey, no matter what. She is assigned to be the maid of the prince, who is quite rude to the Lorineans. The girl is not his first Lorineans maid, but all have requested to have a different job. But because of her upbringing, the girl endures the princes teasing. The prince eventually soften towards the girl after learning more about her, and the two fall in love.
Idea Three: Muse A is still reeling from Girl A's death. They had been best friends since second grade, but recently Muse A's choice of friends had affected Girl A greatly. On the night of the new moon, Girl A jumped off the cliffs down by the ocean.
Guy B and Muse B are newbies in the ocean town, and are siblings. They are part of a hidden society that deals in the Supernatural. They had sensed a huge use of magic in this town, and needed to check it out.
Guy B sneaks off from the hotel to do research without his younger sibling getting in the way, leaving a note that he was going to Oceanic Beach, near the cliffs. Muse B asks a local, Muse A, where the beaches are, and ends up getting a tour of the town.
At the beaches, Guy B finds something he would have never expected- Girl A, trapped as a lingering spirit. Something had prevented her from completely dying, and there's a chance she can come back. But does she want to?
((Muse A and Muse B can be any gender you want, and you can make another detailed plot for them. I would prefer to be Girl A and Muse A.))
Idea Four: A vampire kidnaps a girl to use to feed on. Every night, he nearly drains her completely. However, his conversations with her before he feeds become longer, until one night he decides not to hurt her. His feedings become more gentle, and less drastic. Slowly, the two fall in love.
Idea Five: In a ruined kingdom, it's hard to know who to trust. Muse A is the leader of a group of bandits. Their goal is to recover the stolen artifacts that destroyed the kingdom and hide them, preventing anyone from causing this much destruction again. Muse B is an adventurer, and the child of the old king and queen. They are traveling the land, hoping to find the artifacts and restore peace to the land. When Muse A and Muse B meet, they are fighting over the staff that controls every artifact. Without it, none of the magic can be harnessed. However, the man who originally caused the destruction is after the staff as well, to secure his control. Muse A and Muse B find themselves forced to work together to survive and keep the staff out of the man's hands.
Awesome, I haven't done that one in forever. I just do name, age, and appearance for charries, is that okay? You can do whatever you want, I'm just lazy when it comes to charries.
Sure. Iltani's breath came in sharp puffs as she ran through the nearly pitch black woods. Her uncle's shouting had long since ended, for she was deep in the woods, but Iltani couldn't bring herself to stop running. There were new dangers, now. As if to prove her point, some wolves began to howl, seemingly just around the next line of trees.
((Goin' to sleep.))Chihiro sat on a tree, lazily eating an apple and staring at the pale blue moon overhead. The gentle rustle of leaves and the distant roar of a waterfall were all disrupted by the howl. "Great. The wolves are chasing the deer again." He thought, hopping down the tree. In seconds he was speeding through the forest, towards the wolves. They were in serious trouble this time.
((Alright, now that I look at the time I probably should too.))Iltani ignored the branches tugging at her skin, leaving thin lines on top of her bruises as she ran. The howling grew closer, the footfalls of the wolves audible to Iltani by now. In her hurry to get away, Iltani tripped, slamming onto the ground. Her vision was a bit blurry, but she could see the wolves now circling her. One of them, the largest, took a bite at her, digging it's teeth into Iltani's arm. Her scream rang out, the poor girl struggling futilely to get away.
The moment a human scream hit his ears, Chihiro stopped. "There aren't supposed to be humans in this Forrest..." He still needed to help. In seconds he was there and he swatted away the pack leader with a large oak branch. The wolves saw him and whimpered, cowering beneath the spirit of the forest itself. Chihiro growled, his eyes ablaze. The wolves were tripping over themselves as they ran away. He turned to the mortal and examined her wound. If he wanted to help, he would have to take her back to his tree. He gently lifted the girl and started running. Moments later he opened the door to his home and laid her on his bed, leaving to fetch a basin.
Iltani had remained silent since her first scream, except for short little breaths of pain. Her vision was clouded with dark spots of pain, so she had no idea who had saved her, who was carrying her. After more moments of confusion, she found herself staring at a ceiling while laying on something soft- probably a bed. She couldn't move, her arm stinging in pain and bleeding, so she tried to move her head to look around.
Chihiro, returning with the basin, cloth, and a small vial of liquid, vegan to treat the wound. "The bites aren't that deep." He reassures her, opening the vial and adding one drop to each bite wound. They sizzled and soon were closed. He dipped the rag into the basin and washed her arm off, then wrapping it with cloth. He took out another vial, opening her mouth and giving her a drop. "Rest." He said, his voice soft and comforting. He placed the damp rag on her forehead and pulled the blankets over her.
Iltani felt the pain fade away, and a sort of drowsiness overtake her. Her eyes were starting to slide close- but she forced them open again. "Who..." She began, her voice weak and distant. "Who are you?" Iltani's eyes blinked and stayed closes for a moment before opening again.
"A friend." He said, his voice quiet as he put a hand on her shoulder. He waited for her to fall asleep, concern on his face.
Iltani slipped into sleep, letting it take her after the unsatisfactory answer. Her face relaxed, save for a few twitches of faint pain, from the bruises inflicted upon her pale skin by her father. In the dim light of the room, she looked almost dead, her breathing barely visible.
Chihiro sat through the night, his hand never leaving hers. Seeing her bruises he slipped her another healing serum and by the time the sun beamed through the window her wounds were gone.
((Oh gods I'm sorry, I never got a notification for your response.))In the morning, Iltani shifted and woke to find that all her pain was gone. She made a soft noise of confusion, blinking up at the ceiling. Where am I... The thought rang through her head as she started to look around.
Chihiro held her down. "Easy, easy. Rest." He whispered, his voice like silk. "How do you feel?"
((Oh gods, I have a roleplay with someone named Alexandra so I got a bit confused at your response. xD))Iltani relaxed at the sound of the mysterious voice, turning her head slightly so she could see him. "Wh-Who are you?!" She exclaimed softly, but she didn't seem that worried- only confused.
"I'm Chihiro." He beamed, holding her hand. "This is my house. I found you getting attacked by wolves, so..." He shrugged.
Iltani slowly sat up, managing to peer through one of the windows. "You're... You live in the forest?!" She exclaimed weakly. Even though her pain and wounds were gone, she was still very weak from months of poor treatment.
"Yes, I do. Away from all those noisy people. Would you like something to eat?" He asked, grabbing her another pillow so she could sit propped up.
Iltani leaned back, nodding quietly as she tried to wrap her head around what had happened. She swallowed hard, blinking and biting her bottom lip. "I thought no one lived in the forest."
"Well, you'd never heard of me before right?" He laughed, getting up from the stool at her bedside and walking to his cauldron over the crackling fire. He cut up some beef and put it with potatoes and carrots in a large pot.
Anira giggled softly, pulling herself up further and watching Chihiro. "Why do you live in the forest?" She asked gently, her stomach grumbling at the smell of the food
"To get away from people. In the city." He explained, stirring the stew. He prepared her a bowl and handed it to her.
"Thank you..." Iltani mumbled gratefully, accepting the bowl and taking a small sip. The stew was warming and delicious, so she took more spoonfuls in silence.
He nodded and sat back, watching her eat. "Slow down. You'll get a stomach ache."
"Sorry..." She mumbled, pausing to take some deep breaths. "I've not had much to eat for the past months." Anira quietly admitted, looking ashamed even though it wasn't her fault.
"Why is that, my dear?" He asked, his eyes full of concern. "Shall I fetch some bread and cheese?"
Anira's swallowed hard, looking down. "It's not... Not important. And you don't have to," she answered, falling silent again as she took another sip of the stew.
((Also, Anira?))He nodded. "... I see. Well, as soon as you're done, just put the bowl on the stool and sleep."
((Oh crap. I meant Iltani. I'm doing two other roleplays with the name Anira and it's getting confusion.))Iltani nodded quietly, looking and feeling very closed off. She quickly finished the stew, and set it aside before laying down. Sleep took her quickly, for the poor girl was still very weak.
((Just call her Anira.))Chihiro went off doing his duties, hoping she wouldn't snoop around while he was away. The wind was starring to chill and autumn would come soon. He smiled at the thought.
((Alright, thanks.))Anira woke a few hours later and managed to slide out of bed. She winced as her feet hit the floor, for they were covered with blisters from running. Slowly, she crept to the window and pushed it open, then pulled herself up and sat on the small ledge. It was something she had done often at home, before her family passed away. The wind was calming, and soothed her.
Chihiro was tending to a wounded hare's leg just before he began the walk home. The cool air chilled him as his bare feet walked on the cool dirt. He wondered about the girl: Who she was, why she was so bruised... He sighed.
Anira started to drift to sleep in the window sill, shivering slightly but not really wanting to move. She remembered the last time she had been sitting in the window, and how her uncle had shoved her out and onto the ground below... Wincing at the memory, she hugged her knees to her chest.
Chihiro yawned as he walked through the door to his home. He took off his coat and hung it up, stretching his back. Trudging upstairs he flopped on his bed and sighed. "Look whose up and about."
Anira made a soft noise, startled by Chihiro's sudden appearance. "I'm-I'm sorry..." She sputtered, rushing to slide out of the window. She winced when her feet hit the floor, biting her bottom lip to hold in a cry of pain.
He sighed, picking her up and putting her feet on the stool. "Hold still." Chihiro ordered, his face stern. He pulled out a roll of cloth and tightly wrapped her feet.
Anira winced some more as Chihiro bandaged her feet, stunned into silence by his stern face. She watched him quietly, letting out a shaky breath.
"Good. Now, no more getting out of bed." He said, holding her shoulders. "I can't have you in worse shape than I found you..."
Anira sighed softly, looking ashamed and disappointed. "I only went to the window..." She protested softly, looking up at Chihiro.
