I finished
Little RumoursIt was good. The second one I have read by this author and I would read her again.
I finished
which was an interesting story about the previously uncredited woman who helped to understand DNA.
I think the story is important, but I've decided my factual brain struggles a little with fictional reimaginings of real people's lives.

I just finished The Golden Couple
and I thought it was SO good! I figured out some of the end, but there were enough moving parts to keep me guessing on some of it and the way it was written kept great pacing. If you can accept that the therapist does a lot of investigating, it's a fabulous read. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I know we have talked about this before, but you know that feeling when "nothing is going on" with your NetGalley Requests and you look into the future calendar and feel the need to bump it up?Well, I bumped it up a bit.
Now I have 12 pending requests, which is more than I even have on my shelf. So now I am crossing fingers that I get declined.
But I have have found (completely unscientifically) that when nothing is happening and you add some more requests, all of a sudden everything starts getting approved.
On the other hand, I started reading
Or Else and it is so good. I can't put it down and will probably finish this weekend!
I know that feeling, Vicki. I'm trying not to request much right now because I've had very little reading time and I don't want to fall too far behind again. But, I have also done exactly what you just did. I hope you get the ones you are most excited to read and are declined for the others. :)
I requested one and read it for March. I totally misunderstood the marketing on it. I am very much not the target audience.
was only 3 stars and not enough plot or worldbuilding for me. However, I still have two more in March to go.
I finished another one
Or ElseIt was good. A real page turner.
I just noticed that it is Amazon First Reads for March. So anyone who is interested in it can get it there for free, if you have Prime.
I just added
Manhattan Cult Story: Abuse, Crime, Sex, and My Life inside a Secret Organization which is a Read Now today. Who doesn't love a good cult read?
Apparently I never officially signed up for March. But I did have a very successful month and continue to take more books off my review list.NetGalley Challenge – March

I read
by Nicola Griffith a bit early as I needed a one word title for the maze but I really liked it. I recommend it to King Arthur fans. Mostly, I just wanted it to be longer. It reminded me a lot of Squire’s Tale in a few major ways and wonder if the author ever read the series. Not at all in a bad way but may just be both authors drawing from the same myths.
