Grace fell. Her hair covered her face. She then flipped it aside. "What..."
"I'm Grace, recently turned eighteen. Hate your guts and Milos. Made a small faction. That didn't work out. Still trying to take over but failing. Beat up a lot of folks. Went lesbian in 5th grade. A little crazy. Hates your gut, but loves your charming face. I'm a deceiver, liar, killer and will set your house on fire. I have a power. That's all you're gonna get from me. Can I go?"

Connor took his phone out and handed it the Jennifer. "What are you going to do?"

Connor dialed the number, hoping she wouldn't answer.
"Uh...yeah is this Nadia? You and I need to talk like pronto. Meet me at the fields."
"And I'm afraid you don't understand...please...it'll be real quick."

Grace winced, seeing the slap. Connor continued to speak even though he heard the hung up sound. "So uh...yea. You are coming...great, see you here." Then he fakely hung up. "She's coming...I paniced I'm a bad liar."

"Give the kid a break. You only called Nadia. She may or may not tell his older brother about this. She may just come."

"You're both coming with me." He stood, pulling out a pair of handcuffs for each of them.
"Ooohh kinky..." Grace teased. Connor kept quiet.
"So what, do we do now?" Connor asked.
Grace and Connor looked up. "Oh God..." Connor muttered.

Nathan's face was hard.
JJ laughed. "Welcome back."
Grace didn't say anything. She didn't want to be hurt by JJ anymore."Nathan, I'm sorry. I fell into this trap."

JJ jerked his wrist, and the vines tightened, choking Connor.
Nathan shot JJ in the chest.
Grace watched. Connor used his power to hold JJ up in the air.

Nathan's gun was aimed at JJ's heart.
"If you kill me," JJ said, "your brother dies. So does Stephanie, remember?" He choked out a laugh. "I gave that command a long time ago."
Nathan hesitated. He remembered that. But once JJ is dead, Steph wouldn't have to obey him. Right?
Connor was gasping for air."Uh...hey Connor's brother....your brother is choking..." Grace said bluntly.
"Don't.....shoot....him...I'll find...a way....out." Connor said, still gasping for air
Ian was walking by when he saw what was going on. He recognized Nathan and quickly read his mind to see what was happening. He was still s little ways away from the group
