Alberon glanced at Emma.

"After Brooklyn died, I devised an idea. I was texting her a lot and convinced her that she wanted to kill Alberon..."

Miles folded his arms.

"Then she did. I had made sure that you were aware if Jesmin at that point... She would have done anything to make you fall for her. I made her think I could cause you to."

"So basically, you did it to spite Miles AND Alberon."

"No! I didn't give a damn about Alberon. I planned on bringing him back."

"Then why have Sep kill Alberon of ALL people? Miles doesn't like him," she pointed out.

"Because it was easiest to convince her to kill Alberon. He had killed Brooklyn..."

"She was still vengeful. Her death caused such grief and pain, she still hatted him."

Miles didn't say anything. "Why?" he whispered finally. "Why did you have to do it justnto spite me?"

Alberon glanced at her.

"I was... I am. I'm fucked in the head, really. I wanted revenge.." she shrugged.

"Revenge for Noah? Noah's BACK!" Miles' voice cracked.

"The way you made me feel. I went three years thinking he was dead! Now she's really gone and I made you feel like how I did and I started to care and now I regret it! Okay?"

She eyed her down. "Are you sure about that? Chase Milo."

Alberon frowned. She'd seemed pretty adamant about Chase when he was at her place.

"I'm sure," she said. "My kind of insane and his don't work well together."

"You seemed pretty adamant before."

She shot him a look. "Before I didn't give a flying pig about anyone but me!"

"How the tables have turned," he muttered, remembering what she'd said to him when she was fixing his jacket.

Miles didn't know what to do.

Alberon wondered what Miles would do. He wasn't going to let him kill her though.

She shrugged. "I was high. Shit wears off fast. I wanna go home while you decide, if that's okay."

"I'm gonna go too..." said Miles quietly, turning away. He wished for the days when he could just disappear.

Rhexye sighed. "I'm sorry. But... I know it doesn't bring her back. If you want... I'll just disappear.."

Miles left without another word.

She blinked her eyes, glancing between Emma and Alberon. "You're a bitch and you're a douche bag," she said, then went to her home in the woods.

Alberon looked at Emma.
