This is How You Lose The Time War is supposed to be really good, I haven’t read it yet but I’ve heard a lot of good reviews about it <3
I Am a Woman - Ann Bannon My lady's lover - Nicole Davidson
A Lady's Desire - Lily Maxton
The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo - Taylor Jenkins Reid
I second This is How You Lose the Time War!!! It’s structure was so intriguing to me - a series of letters between two enemies on the opposite sides of a time war. The two characters are written by two different authors and have very distinct writing styles because of this. This book made my heart ACHE due to the high levels of sapphic yearning and i’m so sad I can’t read it for the first time again. Highly recommend!!

Tipping the Velvet! It starts out seeming like YA but it’s more of a self discovery story over the span of almost a decade. Made me go through all the emotions. Highly recommend!
this isn’t centered around wlw but has a lot of it embedded in the plot. it’s called “the summer children” by dot hutchison. it’s a murder mystery type book that follows an FBI members interactions with a case, and the moments that lead to the case’s end. it’s a great read, has lots of emotional scenes, and brings up generational and family traumas.
All my recommendations in the main WLW recs thread are adult, so i'll repost them here:My top recommendations are Chlorine by Jade Song and Salt Fish Girl by Larissa Lai. If you aren't as obsessed with mermaids as me though, i also recommend The Traitor Baru Cormorant by Seth Dickinson and This Is How You Lose the Time War by Amal El-Mohtar & Max Gladstone.
