page count for two books

I am reading two books that have incorrect page counts. I have the books and the first one is; Poirot Investigates ISBN 978-1-7360628-8-3 has only 188 pages.
The second book is Anne Frank the diary of young girl ISBN 978-0-141-31519-5 it has 440 pages.
Could some please fix the page counts for these two books. Thank you.

What is the source for these numbers? Do you have the books?
If so, can you confirm that the story ends at these pages?
If not, what are the contents of the last pages?
worldcat shows 340 or 432 for the second book

I own the books. I am currently reading them.
Anne Frank's diary ends on number page 424. The Afterward; What Happened Next ends (on numbered pages) 440 and is part of the story. After that, there's a map, Chronology and Glossary, those three are on unnumbered pages. In total, numbered pages only, it has 440.

As for the other book - Poirot Investigates - I own it and am reading it, too. There are only 188 pages - numbered, and two unnumbered author bio pages.
