"no compromise" is not a principle of christianity. I promise. I may not be faithful myself, but much of my family is and I can promise you none of them have ever thought this way. have you considered that your family, and your schooling, come from a deeper-rooted part of the faith? a part that is perhaps too deeply seated in their beliefs, and unwilling to change them as new evidence presents itself?

These early stage humans known as Homo heidelbergensis or archaic Homo sapiens bridge the gap to modern day Homo sapiens. These people had a difference in body-brain ratio, diet, etc. They can be found in Asia, Africa and I think some parts of Europe? Not sure on that.

I imagine that if god, the way he has been told to me by others, saw the state of the world today, he would be disappointed in some of his followers. I have heard of many terrible crimes done "in the name of god". if he's as great as you say, why would he allow those to be done in his name?

Or folk tales and stories, I'll here different versions of the same story from different people. The Bible is much older than the little moral stories of today, if those can be changed, why couldn't the Bible?
