When do you read magazines?

I read magazines whenever I have a few minutes to fill but I can't give my full attention to a book - e.g. when I'm waiting for the school bus (which is always late, but I have to be ready anyway because my son can't walk from the curb to the house by himself), when I've arrived at class but I have 10 minutes before it starts, when I've finished a book but I can't afford to stay awake half the night getting into a new book...
I also have this issue now that I am reading more books. My husband and I have the classic custom of keeping some in the bathroom! Also I can look at them while doing something else, like watching Olympics, when I might not concentrate on a book. I also might read them at night, not so much because I'm afraid of getting caught up in a book, but if the book subject matter is rather grim. (I often dream about what I have been reading!)I only read paper magazines, though I do read various headlines and links to articles on line. But as a retired person, I have a lot more time than I used to!

I'm also a bit overwhelmed by the number of emagazines my library offers. It feels like I should be taking full advantage, though there's no way I could read all the interesting ones they have.
