Tam Lin retellings or generally character-driven, immersive Fantasy

This is a bit of a vague request, because I think if you've read Tam Lin you'll know exactly why it's hard to explain what makes it so good — but I'm looking for similar books: essentially fantasy that feels character driven and immersive.

Other things I love, but aren't super necessary: literary allusion / fairytale or mythological retellings / stories of the Wild Hunt!

Books that make me feel a similar way are The Perilous Gard, Fire and Hemlock and War for the Oaks, if that helps.
