I would rate this a 3 due to my interest in Japanese mystery writers. Higashino's descriptions are good and of course I love to analyze the facts as I try to sort out the pieces to the puzzle myself. I was quite surprised at the deviousness and vicious manipulations portrayed by Yukiho and Ryo. They learned to be hardliners right from the get-go!
