WPF: Upcoming vote

Someone asked me a great question behind the scenes about the upcoming vote. I wanted to share the timeline.

Feb 28th or Mar 1 - The poll will be posted.
Mar 14th - Voting will be closed
Mar 14th - Final date to post your reads/reviews of the initial 64 authors
Mar 15th - 32 remaining authors will be announced/new brackets posted
By April 1 - Participation points for round 1 will be tallied and added to the spreadsheet

Please let me know if you have any questions!

All PBT members may participate in the voting whether or not they are actively "playing".

If I have been reading, earning participation points and posting for extra votes, can I use them even though I didn't put in a guess? ie--I am playing, but not trying to win.

ETA --yes, you told me I could before. Whew!
