Jessica (rainbowsinthestorm) | 206 comments Thank you for adding the page count but it’s still not right as the copy I have from Amazon shows there is 502 pages in the book and my percentage read will not be correct if I entered when I got to page 487 (for example) as it would show I’ve fully read the book when I won’t have finished it. Please can the page count be set to 502 as per the details on Amazon’s page (link is listed above). Thank you

Roee | 2177 comments Hello,

For paper books we use worldcat as a source, unless you have the book at hand.
If you have the book, and you can confirm that the books ends on this page, then I'll update it accordingly.
I'll need to know whether page 502 is the last of the story, and if there is some following material.

Thanks

Jessica (rainbowsinthestorm) | 206 comments I thought Amazon was used as a reference for the pages in a paperback as it has been in the past for page numbers. I have the book and the last page of the story is 486 but there’s praise for the author and the title pages of the book pages 1-10, a bit about the author on page 487 and then her other works on pages 488 - 502.

We use Amazon as the source for all Kindle editions. It is not a good source for paperback and other print books, as they count things we do not, and vice versa. WorldCat is a much better source for print books, as they use very similar guidelines to ours. Their page counts are usually within 1-2 pages of what we count.

Then that would be 487 pages.
