Is Death Note available in standard novel form, or only graphic novel?

It is only available as a graphic novel. I believe there is a spinoff that's a novel, but ultimately MANY Japanese comics don't have all text versions.
The main story is only available as a manga (comic). There are however a couple of spinn-off on L which are full length novels. They are Death Note Another Note and L Change the World.
