How Do You Make Mousse?

This is my favorite recipe for making chocolate mousse (you didn't specify if you were looking for another flavor of mousse), and I was fortunate to find it on the internet since I'm not in front of my cookbooks right now. I hope this helps.
This is Pierre Herme's chocolate mousse recipe; he is a famous French pastry chef and has a couple of books in English as well.
