SOLVED. Woman plans the trip from "Around the world in 80 days"

It was a romance novel where the female main character planned trips from famous books. Specifically she was supposed to re-create the trip from Around the world in 80 days by Jules Verne.

That's all I remember. I saw it recently (in the last week) so I suspect it's a fairly new book (published within the last 10 years)
