Regarding:
Dear Reader: The Unauthorized Autobiography of Kim Jong Il
The format is incorrect. It is not 'Hardcover' but 'Paperback'. There is no hardcover edition for this book that I am aware of. For corroboration, please see the amazon listing, which lists also this ISBN-13 as 'Paperback' and shows no option for hardcover:
