definitely a good rom-com I read was The Unhoneymooners and that book had the enemies to lovers trope. I also really enjoyed It Happened One Summer as well which is another romance book (has the grumpy/sunshine trope and the character development was really interesting!)

I just finished Bringing Down the Duke. It has an enemies to lovers troupe, spice/lemon, and is set in the regency era during the suffragette movements. It holds a beauty and the beast-esque appeal to it with very intellectual conversations.

TW: Miscarriage, Police Brutality (& Sexual Harassment), Sexism, and blood/violence
