How would you describe Roseville?

It's a semi-high class city, very clean. It's a place well known for lots of conventions, Fashion Shows, etc. in short, it's almost a Hollywood for Fashion Stars. But it's also known (by those who know much about magic) as a place known to be able to get more of your magical equipment for spells, etc. and is home to some of the greatest Magic-users on the planet who live in the US and in populated areas.
the Crime there tends to be more high-tech or magic-based crimes. You can walk around nearly any time of day and not expect to be robbed, but it won't be too uncommon for there to be more of speeding, theft of prototype stuff, extortion, or high profile crime.
Most of the people there are more stuck up then normal, and taxes are high there. In short, for the average middle class citizen, it's argent place to visit, not to live.

It's a small, quaint town with small rundown stores and lots of impoverished people. The crime rates are high, but the people aren't bad - just desperate. That is accurate to describe the humans. However, the super humans run the Supernatural Security Agency there.
