Adding my book to my profile as the author

I am having difficulty linking my work to my author profile. How may I do this?

The book on your profile with that title already has them listed as an author.
If you need further help please start a new thread and provide a link to the book's page.
It gets confusing when more requests are added to a thread tied to a specific book at the top.
