SOLVED. Sci-Fi recent novel about meeting ancient AI probe which was accidentally buried under stones during its landing.

Hi guys!
Read recently book, just preclude and can remember where and what:
so novel starts with description of the returning ship of mighty space alien to home from very long research trip. While ship was closing the solar system, its ai found that the state of this system does not match the one in the ship library because of space battle between habitants of 3rd and 4th planets and unknown space fleet, so Ai awoke the captain and described situation. Captain decided to send two probes to the planets. when probes were prepared and send, unknown fleet destructed the planets fleet and directed to open space between galaxies. Captain decided that probes will gather information and updated local data base without him and continued his home trip and does not known that probe on the 3rd planet were buried under stones during its landing in the seismic active zone…

It seems there is no translated version of this book, at least with the given name/author. Which is a shame, looks interesting.
