Book under wrong author

Hi folks,

I've been trying to add my latest novel to my author list, but it's already been added by somebody else under the author name Dean Crawford, but it's not my profile. I've searched for ages but there appears to be no way for me to claim the book as my own. Could a valiant librarian please move it across from here:

Book moved. Your profile uses 2 spaces between names to differentiate it from the other same name profile, so it's just a matter of inserting an extra space in the author name (Dean^^Crawford) to make it go to your profile. If you are adding a book you can add the extra space at the same time, otherwise just ask. :-)

Hi folks, just tried to add my latest novel, "Defiance", to my profile and once again somebody's already listed the title on GoodReads ( who? ) under the wrong author. Tried the suggested method of adding an extra space in the author name to bring it across to my profile, but I get an alert saying that my permissions only allow me to edit metadata so it won't work.

Could somebody please shift the book across for me, and perhaps let me know who keeps incorrectly listing my books under the other "Dean Crawford" profile??

No problem Dean; book moved to your profile. It was an automatic import from Amazon. Auto imports go to the default single-space profile.

You might check if any other books there belong to you: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show... I found a couple & moved them.
