I'm curious to see how people react to this book as I recall finding it rather disappointing. Of course I've not responded all that well to anything I've read by Lorac so far.

Me, too! I’m so glad it won, I enjoy Lorac, appreciate that she was prolific, and we can enjoy a pretty hefty booklist, even if they are only becoming available slowly.
