Good evening!1st off, I want to thank you for having me as a member. My name is Hadassah Ru. I am new to this group, but I’ve been on Goodreads for a small bit. I am a Christian author. I am going to be releasing my memoir series titled: EX-THE-C EXPOSING THE COUNTERFEIT. The 1st installment of the series is titled: “Everything that Glitters”. I will be launching it in the spring.
EX-THE-C EXPOSING THE COUNTERFEIT: "Everything that Glitters" Memoir Series is a collection of true life events in which Hadassah Ru encountered. During these trials, she encountered Jesus through the Holy Spirit. Over time, God revealed nefarious schemes the enemy used against her. Now, she is revealing those truths to the lost throughout the series.

Good day Stephen,Thanks so very much for responding. I am planning to write at least 4 in the series. It all depends on the new escapades the Lord walks me through this new phase of my life, lol.
"Everything that Glitters" is about the early season of my young adult life where I'd made some not so good choices. The Lord began drawing me closer to Him, but then, the enemy blocked us by using the tactic of sending me a counterfeit "relationship" & that was a rollercoaster ride went downhill from there & I ended up in a really bad situation that most just would not believe.
The 2nd installments is titled, "Little Girl Lost". This book will tell my story of how ended up in the situation written of in "Everything that Glitters."

Oh, I see. I'm not an author, but I've heard of quite a few other authors complaining about something similar. I would definitely contact the Goodreads help center and tell them about what's going on so that they can fix it for you. Having an author page on here is pretty important, so you'll want to get it done!

Hello I'm JC!I am looking for reviews for my book Beelzebub The Gift of Gluttony Its the second book in the Sinful Seven Novels and just released this month. The book is already released, however I still have some ARC's available on Booksprout. The book is also currently listed on Amazon KU.
Even though it is book two (Asmodeus The Gift of Lust being the first) you do not have to read them in order. each has their own story completed in each book.
However if you do choose to read them in order you may catch up on some Easter eggs hidden within.
The sinful seven novels are Paranormal Romance that may contain some dark themes.

It's a PNR with a new take on gothic. Character driven thriller that touches mental health, humanity & digs deep into each characters' pain. Three romance arcs, including a w/w-main sapphic relationship. It's a hate to lovers arc, slow burn, Takes off on chapter 35/and doesn't slow down.
Two quotes from the book & an excerpt from the w/w main relationship:
AMBER: ...Pain like this should never be appeased.
If touching her is a sin, I’ll kneel on rock salt every single day and scratch the wounds until they bleed, just to spend eternity soaring against her skin.
NATALIE: Caterpillars don’t have a single bone in their bodies, but I guess a new species evolved in me, capable of crawling fast and up against the deepest walls in my body. Squeezing their muscles inside me every single time her lips get in touch with my skin.
Excerpt:
AMBER: With a lack of direction, I step out of the bathroom and, with hunger, press her against the wall. There’s a strong smell of lavender in the air, which never soothes me when I’m with her.
“Don’t let go,” I tell her, not wanting her legs to part my waist. She looks at me, but I’m too intoxicated by the way she smells to be able to read what’s written in her eyes. I kiss her hard on the lips. She kisses me back, tightening her grip on me. It’s all the direction I need. I press my body against hers. My hands are on her waist, keeping her in place. She closes her eyes.
I nibble her chin and kiss the length of her neck. She tastes like vanilla, so I savor the sweetness of it. As I kiss my way down, I discover the freshness she brings to something so familiar to me but entirely new for her. I let my palate indulge with her rawness since I’m the first to kiss her like this. She wears her emotions raw over her skin, like open wounds, since hate and pain are all she knows.
