Derrick tapped his feet, getting slightly louder. The humming slowly changed into singing. "Who knows how long I've been awake now? The shadows on my wall don't sleep.." He sung softly.

Their was no radio but she'd heard the song in dreams, a constant reminder in her head. "They keep calling me beckoning," She sang quietly back.

Derrick thought he heard someone singing with him. He shook his head, thinking it was just the voices in his head. "Who knows what's right? The lines keep getting thinner." He looked up at the sky.
