Sean has kept tabs on Mona Hill, the woman who used to head the prostitution ring in San Antonio that he helped take down. She’s now called Odette and was highly upset that Sean continues to track her and demands her help. Fair or unfair of him?

Sean will do whatever it takes to keep Lucy safe, and Mona Hill was a big threat to Lucy. It's fair that Sean keeps tabs on her and I'm glad she now knows that he is.

Sean uses any tool he has and Mona had information. I believe it was fair.

It's totally fair. Mona Hill had a copy of Lucy's rape on her computer and was willing to use it. Sean got rid of it and isn't about to let Mona off the hook. He'll use her if he needs to.

Robin, that’s exactly why I call it fair on Sean’s part. Mona will always stay on his radar forever.

A little of both. It was good that he kept tabs on her to make she didn't start up again, but he should have backed off once she started a more legitimate business.
Fair points made by all. I'm sure Sean doesn't believe that Mona will stay straight.

My impression was that she wasn't completely straight since any sort of prostitution is still illegal.
