Missing title and author, needs to be combined with other versions

This version of Over the Boards by Hayley Wickenheiser has no title and is not attributed to the author. Needs to be merged/combined with the correct version of the book found here:

Also does the correct version of the book really need to have "Signed Edition" in the title?

Corrected title for the unknown, combined editions.

As for the "signed edition", this is a different hardcover edition, with a different ISBN, so yes, since that is the title Amazon mentions for this particular edition.
