English text with dutch translation

This book:

is the dutch translation in a kindle edition of the book Hamnet. This clear by the name of the translator and the cover.

But it is not mentioned that it is a dutch edition, the publisher is not mentioned (Nijgh & Van Ditmar) and the book description is in english.

Can somebody please edit the details of this book?

Added all the details for the kindle edition from amazon, and added the isbn10 to the paperback edition.
