SOLVED. Romance book 2021 wife running from abusive x stays in cabin or old boyfriend

I read this book about a women that was abused by her husband, she had to be perfect. She loved a boy from high school but he told her to basically go away, he had phycotic temper issues, he likes to kill, and didn’t want to ruin her life. She gave him her v card in a family cabin before he sent her away. When she finally gets away from husband she goes to the cabin thinking no one would use it. He old boyfriend finds her there and decided he going to keep her. He told her if she ever came back he’d never let her leave . I think her name was Emily or similar. I thought I bought it but it’s not in my library. I’d really like to purchase it if anyone knows what the title is? I remember a line, he was running her a bath and turned to find her arranging the towels using her finger to count the spaces between do they were perfect, he told her she didn’t need to do it that she could throw them on the floor and hr couldn’t care.
