Looking for an editor mentor

Is there any fiction editor here who I can apprentice under? I’m an academic editor but want to shift to fiction editing. I want to learn the ropes of this job and earn a few extra bucks (if that’s possible 😅). I would be very grateful if you can train me. Thanks in advance.
