The other Sandy | 140 comments There's a couple of things going on here.

One is that clicking on the author's name from the Trial by Fire audiobook page to go to his Goodreads member page takes you to a different Scott James, not the Scott James who wrote Trial by Fire.

The second is that the different Scott James--the one who didn't write Trial by Fire--has an author bio that says he died in 1920 but joined Goodreads in 2016. Judging by all the Crossfit books he wrote, I'm guessing he didn't die in 1920. I don't know if you can do anything about that, though.

Liralen | 8390 comments I've moved the audiobook over to the correct author.

Librarians have no power over claimed profiles (possibly the other Scott James claimed a profile that once had information about a long-ago Scott James?). Support might be willing and able to do something about it, but I prefer to think that the other Scott James has been reincarnated or is a vampire or something :)

The other Sandy | 140 comments Thanks for fixing what you're able to fix (and sorry about blowing the vampire's cover 😅).
