So sorry I missed check in guys as most of you know my Mum hasn't been very well lately. She had a fall last week and has managed to break a bone in her shoulder so I spent most of the week in an out of the hospital.

I hope your mom starts to feel better soon!
Thank you! She was just starting to recover from her stroke and now this. Almost feels like we are back at square one ;(

Review: I think this is the first installment thus far where I found the time jumping, multiple POV narrative structure this series has chosen to be an actual detriment to the story. The book started strong, but somewhere in the middle some new characters popped up and for probably 100 pages in the middle I mostly just felt confusion more than interest in what was happening. She did manage to bring it back together and bring me out of that haze of confusion and ended this book with a banging 5 star ending and I overall did enjoy the book.
I continue to very much enjoy our main gang of characters a lot and find myself definitely invested in them and their relationships. And the scale of plot in this one felt like it really exploded and feels like its setting up the last two books to just be two straight books of action
Nice thanks everyone! :D Fun time as per normal! Feels super short, but it was great. Definitely playing next round
I won't lie - I was nervous playing for the first time but the team really helped with that anxiety even if you guys didn't know that so thanks everyone! I had a wonderful time!
Yeah it's a pretty easy challenge once you get started :) Just time restraining when you're busy haha I used to do SSS and SS (SSS is two rolls a week) and that was busy. so I'd end up needing to read 3 books a week just for this and it didn't work out
Wonderful time playing with you guys. :) I'll look forward to next round and wiping out a few more of my series books then.
