Just to confirm, Denise called the winner last night - Team 12


As a veteran player, I can say that the game stops once a team is announced as a winner. But teams or players who want to finish their current roll or even to 100 can do so. Personally, I'm not going to - I have too many other challenges for now but this was fun and I'm glad to have met you all!

So just an FYI for the competitive folks out there, that is why it's important to get the reading done on time each week - because missing a roll can definitely take a team out of contention. Plus, if you are in contention, it's good to think about having shorter books ready for that last 100+ roll so you can read fast :-)

Me, I'm not very competitive - I mean, if there's a chance to win, I'll try, but I don't worry week to week whether my team might win. If we're there at the end, yeah! If not, well I got to read a lot of books and maybe meet some new peeps on GR - so like Suzanne said, still a win! 🥰
