Oh. Well. That's going to make this harder then. What I mean by reading app are platforms like Radish, Dream, Wattpad, and other apps that people use to post works of fiction for people to read rather than outright publish anything. Most time the writing is very amateur or immature, but sometimes it's really good.
SOLVED!!! It's The Dark Ones series on the iReader app for Android. I don't use reading apps much, so it took a long of searching and some luck. Those who are interested in a bit of dark romance should definitely download the app and give this gem a try!

The Immortals can't reproduce on their own. They need humans. And so every few years, a human is selected by number to go before the council and be chosen by an immortal. As soon as this girl comes in, she is marked by the Angel. But knowing she will die in any attempt to mate with him, the other council members whisk her away and force the unwilling Vampire council member to mark her and mate with her. The rest of the book, the woman tries to figure out what's up with all the drama between council members and what she can do about it. There are some twists and turns, but still an HEA. I was so engrossed in the story, I told.my husband about it and now he wants me to find it so he can read it, but I don't remember the character names or the name of the book. Please help!
