I finished Latitude 4 with A Place of Confinement by Anna Dean, Book 4 in the Dido Kent Series.

I finished a series!!! This was the final Dido Kent book and although the author left some loose ends for the reader to ponder, I didn't feel it was unfinished.

Finished longitude 0. The book wasn't what I expected, but I ended up *really liking it. The MC is determined to figure out what happened to her friend who went missing when they were in high school. But she's in her 80s (or thereabouts) and is not only dealing with physical limitations, but is in what appears to be early stages of dementia - like my mom, which may be one reason the book appealed to me.

I'm working on it. This week has been an absolutely nightmare, but the weekend is here and I should be able to get my book finished!

I've been slowly plugging away at The Ink Black Heart, but it's almost due at the library, so I really need to pick up the pace. I am listening to it on audio. The narrator is excellent. I may be doing lots of cleaning, to make some headway on it :)

I have listened to every book in this series and the narrator is one of my favorites. A friend of mine always called him "my boyfriend" since I raved about him so much. But I just struggled with all the text/email stuff in this particular book. Good luck finishing it before it's due date".

Thank you! I'm hopeful that I can get it done.

I agree with all the text/email/chats. I went and got the physical book, just so I could reference those as I went along. They didn't translate to audio very well.
