Veraly nodded, "yes let's keep going..." Veraly walked towards the door a bit and felt the door's handle, it was hold to the touch, but it was there and she knew the others were around.

Veraly walked in, though she couldn't see what was inside the room she could feel there was something off about it. "What is in this room?" she asked.
"So, do you think the owner of this room is a..." she paused, "a murderer?" She couldn't figure out why else they would have poison...
"So then they are revolutionaries you think or a revolutionary?" Veraly asked. Well, she did know two people who wanted to be revolutionaries, who never really got around to being one. "That wouldn't be so bad..." she found herself saying, perhaps wishing that someone she knew was around here.
Veraly heard the sound and came over, "what was that?" she asked, a feeling of dread came over her. Something was wrong about what was under the floor. But she couldn't explain why it felt wrong to her...
"Maybe...we should throw something into it??? Like a pebble or something?" Veraly asked, "just to see what is down there...There could be something really dangerous down there and if we just venture down...Who knows what could be there."
Veraly followed Amber down the stairs, putting her hand against the wall as she walked. Trying to not think about the possibility of losing her balance or worse as she walked down the stairs.
Veraly jumped back, "are we trapped?" she asked, feeling around for the door that had once been there. She felt odd about walking whilly-nilly into this place they had no idea about... (What?)
(I did, sorry, I was working on video editing, so wasn't looking). Veraly sighed, great, this was just great. She put her head in her hands which she was sure no one could see because the area was so dark. But she was trying to think of something and perhaps pretend she was elsewhere-- somewhere safe.
What would her father, her adoptive father say about this...Well, he would probably say something about figuring out to make this work out...Instead of fighting against it, going with it.
Though she doubted she could explain it to them.
(it's alright) Veraly whispered to the sisters after hearing the sound of metal on metal, "do you think someone is making weapons down there?"
"That isn't good" replied Veraly, and began walking using her cane to make sure she knew where she was going. Hopefully these people weren't hostile...But if they were? What would they do? She didn't have a weapon on her...
Veraly walked by them, she could feel their presence and felt very unnerved. Was a war happening? A war in this unknown land...It seemed like it, but she didn't have the courage to ask any of the sisters besides they probably wouldn't know...
Veraly was a bit shaken from the event she stood there, feeling the change of the room. Whatever had been there was now gone... "What were those?" she asked, tapping the ash and piles of bones with her cane, she paused and then thought to ask "Did you kill a whole army?" She tapped them again, "They didn't even attack you, and you attacked them when they were just making weapons."
"May I ask...Why did you kill them, when you hadn't heard anything about their motives or anything?" Veraly asked, "They didn't even attack you as far as I could tell..." Of course she couldn't see...So would they use that against her? Maybe, they would...Well, she wouldn't care. She was in a strange land, far from her family and friends, she would be strong and maybe act as an older sister to these girls...
Veraly sighed, "alright I guess, I judged you too quickly. But I should say it is a bit extreme to kill an entire army... especially those who were just making the weapons and not actively hurting you. Besides, it gives away our position in this castle-- it could alert our existence to more people."
Veraly nodded. But didn't say anything, what she had just said before was something her father, well that's what she called him, would say. Though he was a monk and a revolutionary want-to-be, as in he had the ideology of one, but never had gotten around to actually causing one or fighting in one. But, she knew he was against harming any living being no matter how small. No matter what it was animal, human, shapeshifter...And something about this, disturbed her that these two young girls killing an entire army on a whim. Not to mention, that it seemed like they could brush off killing with no guilt.
So she just stayed silent, unsure of what to say.
Before Veraly could respond with "wait, you can bring back the dead how--" She found that the skeletons were brought back to life. She stood there, confused and puzzled as to what happened-- It didn't help that she could only feel the changes that the new people made as they kneeled down and not much of what was happening... "What is happening?" she asked.
Veraly ran over to Umber, and felt where she was, and picked her up and cradled her in her arms. "I may be an actor-- But I do know how to heal people..." She took something out of her bag, after shuffling through her bag, and placed something into Umber's mouth. "This herb should help..." she muttered. "...Hopefully it will get her body to relax, and allow her to wake up."
"I just...happen to know some natural medicine." answered Veraly. "My brother was very sick when he was little, so I learned somethings about herbs and other natural things in order to help him...Though, I should say I am not a healer, I only know one or two things." She gently helped Umber stand up, and in doing so gently told her "to breathe deeply" while doing so, so she didn't feel dizzy.
Veraly listened to the conversation, but didn't say a word usually she was very social-- more social than her brother that is. But she remained quiet fingering her cane, and thinking about what to do... "Shall we continue onward?" asked Veraly, interrupting the sisters. "And see what lies ahead?"
Veraly nodded and she began walking along the hallway past the place where the skeletons had been. She still felt as if there was someone there, but she could not figure out who or what...exactly.
Veraly walked down the way, until she stopped. A cold hand was resting on her shoulder, she didn't panic though she turned around to thing which she couldn't see in the shadows, and tried to move it's hand from off her shoulder--- "Who are you? What do you want from me?" she demanded coldly, not even quivering in fear.
"You have some information, that we need..." the figure responded not answering who they were.
If the triplets turned the corner, they would see Veraly standing next to a cloaked figure, who had grasped her by the shoulder.
The figure panicked, yelling for the fire to be put out. Before Veraly realized anything she felt something wet come out of her hands-- water there was no water nearby, yet it appeared. She shot it onto the figure. The triplets would notice if they looked, that Veraly had water magic. The figure threw off their now soaked cloak revealing a man, who stared at Veraly and the triplets "I didn't pull a sword on her or attack her-- what is wrong with you??"
Veraly groaned, she could have handled this herself, she really could have...But no, they had to come in and attack .
"I think...'oops' doesn't come close to describing what happened" he groaned. The man who had taken off his now soaked clothes glared at the triplets but grudgingly thanked Veraly for putting the fire out.
"As I was saying Veraly here, has information that I need." he said.
"Which is?" asked Veraly, from being intimated by him at this point, as he seemed shaken (and singed) from the fire and a bit soggy from the water.
"Well, I would prefer to ask you alone, I don't want information like this to get out to murderers ..." he glanced over at the triplets. "Or arsonists"
Veraly listened to the man, who told her what he needed, but it was information she didn't have--
"I'm sorry, but I don't have that information. I may know someone who does, but I, myself, do not have it" She began walking away, thinking that the triplets would be there and then stopped no one was there. She groaned, great, just great they had left her with a stranger and she had no idea where she was.
She cursed under her breathe...And then shouted loudly,
"where did they go??!!"
(Well that was rude of them)
(I think that she is still in the place she was when Veraly came in. Veraly and the triplets just went around the castle).
Veraly came over, making sure to follow their voices. She called out to them, "Why did you leave me like that? And with a stranger??" she demanded.
"I mean he's not wrong..." muttered Veraly. "You did murder a whole army of people who were in fact innocent, who you yourself said were that. And you did light him on fire." Veraly groaned, and sighed, "I don't know if this matters to you, but I can't see very well, so the fact that you just leave me alone without a word...Is really quite frightening."
Veraly groaned, "you just say that, you need to do more than just say that." A cloud that Veraly controlled without realizing it hung over Ember, and started to rain over her soaking her. "You need to show that you're sorry! Sure you revived the skeletons, but, you only did that because I told you to!"
((Okay thanks I'm going to have her just be alone again))
Asa sat up straight, groaning from the pain in her body. She really needed to remember to take a nap before she started sleep-walking.
She looked around and terror jolted through her.
Hallucination!
Then she relaxed.
Castle. Really really really weird castle...
Where was Amber? And Veraly?
What was happening?
They had left her.
That was unsurprising, frankly.
Everyone left her.
She sighed, rubbed her sore neck, and groaned to a standing position.
She couldn't afford to take anymore cordial right now. It needed time to regenerate.
All she really wanted right now was a warm cup of tea, a hug from her mother, and a nice comfy couch in the sun. Where she could sleep.
But no. All alone in a stone-cold castle.
Why?
She sighed heavily and started walking down the hallway, hoping she would run into someone as quiet as herself so she wouldn't have to talk.
But she was scared, and very very lonely.
Home. She wanted her home.

Asa stumbled down a flight of stairs, hardly even realizing what was happening, and pulled up short with her heart pounding in her throat.
Amber had multiplied.
Or rather, she apparently had sisters.
There were two other girls who looked very similar to her. One of them was soaking wet.
Veraly was standing off to the side.
They all looked extremely distressed.
Asa crept into the room, hoping against hope that they would somehow not see her.

Oh! And there was actually a rain cloud hovering over the wet one...
Asa's eyes bulged.
Who's doing that?
Asa's eyes bulged.
Who's doing that?
Asa would notice Veraly in the corner angrily glaring at the twins still as the rain cloud followed Ember around. "I just..." muttered Veraly, finally to the twins "was angry, and a bit overwhelmed. I'm sorry about that cloud-- But I don't know how to stop it."
Asa stared back and forth between Amber, Veraly, and the two others.
"I... um, yeah, I'm back. Sorry I-I didn't follow. It's, um.. It's an old disorder of mine. I just kind of... fall asleep without realizing it. S-sorry," she said quietly.
Veraly was making her own apologies.
Clearly things weren't going so well.
Asa felt like climbing into a hole and hiding.

"It's alright." muttered Veraly, "Thankfully while you were sleeping you missed the mass murder that these three committed." The cloud over Ember began to rain harder. Bother, Veraly tried to get it to stop but it just kept pouring.
"And sorry about my magic, it seems to have a mind of it's own."
Asa stared.
Mass murder?
"Y-you killed someone?" she stuttered, her voice shaking far more than she would have liked.
She'd never felt quite so small and defenseless as she did just then.
But she couldn't imagine sweet Amber killing anyone.
"How? What happened?" she asked.

"These three decided to kill some skeletons who weren't even fighting them..." she answered"with their new found magic" she found Amber's eyes on her and responded rather coldly "it was a mass murder..." sighed Veraly, "and that is much harder to forgive than simply hitting someone." She tried to think for a moment about getting rid of the cloud, but it didn't seem to do much. "Great..." she muttered under her breathe.
Asa was now... confused.
"Wait. Let me get this straight," her voice strengthened. "You killed... people who were already dead?"
"Wait. Let me get this straight," her voice strengthened. "You killed... people who were already dead?"
"But even so, they were sentient, and they weren't hurting her actively." added Veraly, "so it was just not right either way...Whether they were alive or dead."
Asa sat down abruptly, her head in her hands. Hot tears poured down her cheeks.
She was exhausted, stuck in a place she'd never been, with a couple of mass murderers and a blind girl who couldn't control her own magic.
This definitely topped the list of worst things that had ever happened to her.

"And" added Veraly before Asa sat down, "they lighted an innocent man, who was not hurting me on fire." When she noticed that Asa was crying she walked over to her and sat by her, she felt as worse as she did she was sure, there were several times when she wanted to just sit down and cry but didn't...She had to be in control. She lightly placed her hand on Asa's back, didn't say a word, but hoped by just being there and gently rubbing here she could do something to help...It always helped when she was with Phoenix.
Asa felt someone rub her back, and she peeked out of the corner of her eye to see Veraly. Amber's sister that wasn't getting drenched sat on the other side of her, looking slightly helpless.
Crying like a big baby in front of everyone.
Asa loathed herself, but that just made her want to cry more.
She sighed heavily and tried to stay the tears, but they kept coming.
"Sorry," she whispered between obnoxiously ugly sobs.

"Don't apologize. I wanted...to cry several times today, but didn't." Veraly replied. "Sometimes crying is the best way to let emotions out that you're holding in." She gave her a gentle hug, hoping that would make her feel better.
"Don't apologize. I wanted...to cry several times today, but didn't." Veraly said quietly. It struck Asa as almost ironic. "Sometimes crying is the best way to let emotions out that you're holding in."
Veraly pulled Asa into a hug, and Asa tried to stop crying. Eventually her tears subsided and she pulled away, wiping her cheeks.
"Thanks," she said quietly.

"You're welcome." smiled Veraly, this reminded her of the times when she had hugged Phoenix when he had been upset-- Oh, how she missed him. She wondered if he was even alright...He probably was...But she was not sure.
